Hi all,
After upgrading to WP 3.8 my admin panel is acting extremely slow, non repsonsive,and very finnicky. I thought maybe it was a plug-in issue so i deleted ALL my plugins. Afterwords the system still will not let me add new plug-ins, or times-out during install or says unpacking but never finishes.
I just tried to add a new page(temporary homepage) and on right sidebar under pageattributes it gives this error as well
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\userswebaddress\httpdocs\wp-includes\class-wp-theme.php on line 948
Can anyone help me?
