Hi guys,
I had to hastily backup my last blog and now have to recover it, all i managed to get was the full directory via FTP, and the Wordpress Export >> XML. Theoretically I could restore all my content, but I don't know where to begin without a copy of my old database.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
