Tamara-IT on "New Website while keeping the old one: How?"

Hello!
Last year I made a website for a music festival. This Year, the organizer wants to build the 2013 edition website while keeping the old one linked to this. Is there any way to "copy" the 2012 in a folder where it remains browsable, and then proceed with the 2013 content in the original position?
