kdaspev on "Change domain name in permalink"

When I want to change the permalink of a post my Edit button only let me to change just the text that following the site URL.

The standard permalink is:

http://www.example.com/i-can-change-this/

and what I want:

http://www.i-can-change-this.com/i-can-change-this/

So, I want to redirect the users of the news portal to the source of article when they click on post title.
