HR_Web on "“Image” has failed to upload due to an error"

Hello!
We’ve been getting this error for the last 2 weeks: “Image Title” has failed to upload due to an error. The uploaded file was only partially uploaded.
We had our server rebooted, thinking that may help but it didn't. We've upped our memory and that didn't help either. Our hosting company did not find anything going wrong with our server through the logs.
It only does this when we’re trying to upload more than 2 photos at a time. Our images are small in size, no more than 200 kb.
Any suggestions or explanations as to why this is happening would be much appreciated.
