mdbergfeld on "Fatal error after trying to fix problem in header"

I wanted to change an error in my header and inserted the html code from header.php into wordpress.

Now if you go onto mdbergfeld.com you can only see Fatal error. What can I do?

I can't even access the wordpress dashboard anymore
