RedPlanetDust on "Dynamically Listing titles of backward referenced post(s) in post"

The timeline aspect of blogging makes it hard to navigate related (being linked 1:1) posts in the past and future. I am building up a body of knowledge were the timeline makes it harder for visitors to jump from topic to topic. Categories and TAgs only provide grouped listings But i want to be able to link backward to other posts that direct a link TO the post.

I would like to make a list with post titles of all the posts linking to that specific post (backward or cross referencing) dynamically and automated. The list should be based on the post referencing the post ID. so if I am on post ID 101 and I have 3 other posts linking to it i would like to have a list at 101:
"title post 1"
"title post 2"
"title post 3"

I can do this by hand, by going to 101, then choose link and search all posts on the ID and then add them manually. Every-time I add a internal link writing a new post to another post I then have to change the "receiving" post to add the new posts link.

I have searched the resources available and only find a widget that has been updated the latest in 2009 (called "cross-references").

How can I solve this elegantly?

TIA Jan Willem
