MattRosenman on "Can't get rid of white screen of death"

So I installed the "Floating Social Media Link" and when I tried to deactivate it, my website went completely white. I can't get into wp-admin so I accessed my FTP and deleted that plugin, but still nothing.
I did almost everything I've found online- deactivated all plugins, removed my theme, restored the original php files, checked for spaces after ?> in my files...NOTHING. I'm totally at a loss, I can't delete everything.
Any suggestions?
