Hello people..I'm a total newbie to W by the way.Please bear with me..(But I learn very quicky)
My first outing into Wordpress-entirely different to using Dreamweaver which I am used to- and I thought all was going well.It took a bit of getting used to but I've sussed it..Or so I thought..
I've made a schoolboy error.. I have only just found out about not editing the "Twentyeleven" theme and to make it into a "Child Theme" first..
Now I realise why,and have read a couple of posts as to how to create a child theme,but before I cause chaos with what I have already done,I have a question.Forgive me if it's a stupid one-
Can I convert my edited 2011 theme into a "Child" theme or must I start from scratch?
*Please say yes you can?*If so,how would I go about this?
Sorry if this question sounds stupid by the way.I'm panicking that I've lost all my editing
