upnorthcamping on "Comment box"

Hi,I'm having problem with my post comment box.When i preview my post before publishing i have the comment box.But when i publish it there is no comment box.I'm baffled! I also use comment love.I have been through
the admin discussion,reading,general.I have checked all the box in the post editor.I also use Genesis magazine framework.
