andrewrampton on "how do i export subsribers email list from wordpress 3.4.2"

i have many subscribers and when i try and send a newsletter it fails due to the number of them
so i'd like to export the email list as a csv out of wordpress and send via my lotus notes email account
can anyone advise easiest way to export this list
