I have a wordpress site

I've been loggin in in the past entering my username
and password
But this was done automatically cause, I guess, I selected once the "remember me"
option for the password.
But now the username and my password don't show automatically
and I don't remember my password.
And to make the think more annoying, my e-mail address
have changed since but I didn't change it in my profile
So how could I get a new password?
