JoCoBBSn on "Twenty Twelve: How to modify author link in byline?"

I've configured Twenty Twelve to place a "Posted on [date] by [author] byline at the top of my posts. When the author link is clicked, I'd like it to simply link to my "About the Author" page I created. What code do I need to tweak?
