Hey guys, this is happening to all my sites.

the wordpress login screen suddenly broke (like styling was off) and I'm unable to edit the wordpress menus.

I can login the WP dashboard fine but there seems to be some sort of script error.

I can tell because whenever I hover on something on the dashboard, it was suppose to reveal links but now it does not. I made a video below to better explain my problem:

The Weird thing is, everything is working Fine if I use my Tablet (Nexus 7)
This is happening to all my sites

Things I did which apparently did not help:

- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem

- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress

- reinstalling wordpress

- Firebug Shows only this:

"Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented instead." (which I think is very common for all wordpress installs)

- repair / optimize tables on php myadmin

- tried 3 different PCs (result still same except for mobile devices)

- Contacted my Host. They say this is not a server side issue

- Flush Dns and clear my cache/cookie

Right now I am going to try and upload the site to a different server to confirm that this is not a server side/setting issue.

What do you think is causing this? I would gladly appreciate any help and suggestions regarding this matter.

thanks

Update: I tried to move the site to a Different server. The results are still the same. =(
