So I am new to wordpress, but not to website development. I'm a student, and I've recently been given access to a student societies website, my access is limited though.
I was trying to upload an image and the image would upload but appear as a blue question mark. The images were jpegs, i tried different sizes and different methods of uploading. Nothing worked, and I was never able to view the image on my site.
I looked around the forums and the solution for those people had more or less to do with what folder the images were actually uploading to on their server. I zero access to this however. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on things I can try before escalating this to my faculties IT department.
