For some reason, suddenly my site login is having the dreaded cookies issue. I also cannot login or even see the admin login. Using the regular login, I am fine until the message pops up, you need to enable cookies

I have tried some of the work around to no avail. The server people say it is not their problem.
I run two other sites with no issues, with the same server people using the same exact theme.
How do we bypass this cookie issue.
