Bristow87 on "Accidentally deleted wordpress"

I just updated my wordpress from 3.7 to 3.8 in doing so i accidentally
deleted my wordpress. Is there a way i can fix this? I need help. If someone could tell me what to do step by step that would be great. I asked the person who helped setup my blog but i haven't heard back yet and it has been 5 days. Anyway if someone could give me some help that would be greatly appreciated.
