ScottVF on "Site showing up as old template on cell phone browser"

Hi everyone, so recently I switched over from twenty eleven to a custom theme. Everything was working fine until suddenly the theme stopped showing up properly on mobile devices. It seems like its showing up similar to the twenty eleven theme.

I've deactivated any plugins that I thought could effect the appearance and doesn't seem to change anything

Any thoughts?
