mrbosia on "Error comes up when I add link to post"

When I try and add a hyperlink to my posts and press update I get an error page that says "You don't have permission to access /tester/wp-admin/post.php on this server."

I'm using WebIntellects as a webhost and they can't seem to help me.

I've deactivated my plugins.

I've replaced the files with a fresh new wordpress package.

I've used all of the default themes.

I've re-installed wordpress but none of the seems to work.
