vees on "Creating a second website with local content??"

Hi All.
I have a website which is about my Australian business however I would like to create a website which is basically the same but is different on some pages for people visiting from Singapore.
Can someone please, kindly, share what is the best way to approach this ? should I create two wordpress sites on two separate domains? Or is there an easier way to detect where the user is from and change the content on certain pages based on their country?
