varunrayen on "Random characters are added in the URL"

I set-up a new blog using Wordpress but later i found that some random characters and hash tags are getting added up in the URL. For e.g.: #.Ussia3lpo0M

I disabled all the plugins and tried but still i appears. Because many people got the same problem only by using AddThis plugin.

Only if I change my permalinks to default it doesn't appear.

Can anyone help me to fix this problem.
