Pattern Storm Designs on "Screen Options or Widgets no Working"

Please help.

I'm not sure why? I am not able to drop and drag anything in the widgets, and also my "Screen Options" and "Help" tabs doesn't function at all.

I have just updated to Wordpress 3.8

Any help or advice will be highly appreciated!
