redthruviolet on "Private Posts: Allow Subscribers/Contributors to View"

According to the documentation, only Editor and Administrator level Users can view Private Posts.
Is there a way to change that?

I would like to set it up so that Contributors/Subscribers can view Private Posts, once they are logged in.
