dwchris on "Change User Profile Headings"

I would like to change the labels on my profile page for all users. Example: Current label "About Yourself" would prefer "Personal Info".
I also want to remove fields like "AIM" and "Yahoo IM". Is there a .php file that I can edit. I am fairly new to WordPress but not to web design.
