i am very new to wordpress so apologise if i sound like an absolute n00b or i am posting this in the wrong location.
i set up a wordpress website about a month ago but then due to traveling, wasn't able to do anything with it for the last month. Now when i try to go to the admin login, i get a warning error message:

I can log into FTP without any problems. I just don't know what to do next...should i uninstall the theme, or am i missing something?
Can anyone tell if it is a problem with the theme i installed, although there were absolutely no problems before I left so it's so weird that it is just like this now?!
