carlsandburg on "copied site to a new server - font size is larger"

i copied a site to a new server/new hosting provider. (using Duplicator).

old site:

http://cchca.stevelescure.net/

new site:

http://www.cchca.org/testwp/

everything is a bit larger on the new site, even the wordpress admin pages etc, so i would think it has anything to do with the website itself (?). Both sites are running WordPress 3.8.

what would cause that? is it adjustable?
