I used to design all of my company we pages with HTML editors such as Dreamweaver. Three months ago I installed WP and a theme I wanted to work with. I picked up designing on the WP system fairly quickly but I do not purport to know much about how the WP system/structure operates.
SO,I installed WP and a theme called Metro Mobile by Envato. I customized the site to my liking. I had saved the admin login page link as a "Favorite" in Internet Explorer and that login worked great for weeks. After that I had not worked on it for a couple of weeks. Now I click that same login link and I get a WP Admin screen with no formatting and my login information does not work. I click on the forgot password link and get a 404 error.

As you can see there is no formatting on either page. It appears my pages are not using the css possibly? Also, not sure what version of WP I am running.
