Hello!
I'm using the current version of Wordpress (updated yesterday, without problems) on my own website on a hosted webserver and today changed the settings for the Permalinks - the way the urls of specific blog entries are shown. The theme is Exray, if I remember correctly.
When I changed the value, I could no longer access my website http://www.kerste.de/
I instantly got the error message
Error 403:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
This error message appeared the moment I clicked on save.
I've still got access via ftp, so if it is written in a file, I can still change it manually to the default. But I do not know where this is value saved, and I don't see a config file which was saved in the last hour.
Any idea?
Or should I simply reinstall Wordpress and use the same database as before? Would me blog entries the be gone, or are the settings also stored in the database?
Thank you for help,
Alex
