I realize that there are a zillion forum posts on this and I have read most of them, I still can't figure it out.
I moved a site from one hosting provider to another. Before I moved, I followed the WP instructions and made two copies of all the files and downloaded the database. Then:
1. Uploaded files
2. Uploaded database
And I get the white screen of death. I then, double checked my wp-config.php file and turned on Debug. It showed several issues with deprecated arguments that were directed at plugins and theme. I deleted all plugins and renamed my theme folder. I also went into the database wp_options line and changed the template, stylesheet and current_theme to show up as "twentyeleven."
Now, with debug on, the site is showing a white screen of death. It seems I solved all the other issues that debug was showing and no nothing appears.
