I'm running Elegant Themes Vertex, but this isn't necessarily a question about the theme itself.
What I'm trying to do, is to make posts open into a fullscreen mode when clicked from my homepage. I do virtual tours and would like for them to open in a soft fullscreen mode (not covering the browser controls and tabs) automatically.
Please see this page on my client's website. This is what I'm trying to achieve. When the link is clicked from the homepage, all theme/formatting is covered and the tour loads in a soft fullscreen mode.
and on my site which currently uses the PanoPress plugin to generate shortcode. Hence the restricted window size.
I have almost no experience with HTML or other languages, so I'm a little adrift on this one. Unfortunately, I'm the one who has to figure it out so I'm hoping there's a charitable soul here willing to lend a quick hand.
What I'm wondering is, how can I go about producing this automatic full-screen (100%/100%) effect on a post-by-post or project-by-project basis? (Ideally by using the "text" tab in the wordpress admin section. i.e. can I just embed a <div> with certain attributes that will activate this and override my Elegant Themes code, which is already responsive I believe.
Any help or minor suggestions would help.
Thanks much.
