halmasonberg on "Wordpress no longer recognizing my username OR password"

I recently upgraded to 3.7.1. Not sure if that's the issue, but I no longer have access to make changes to my site: http://www.halsworkshops.com/

When I go to sign in, it just rejects all of my information that has always remained the same. Even when I try to get a new password, Wordpress rejects my username.

Help, please. This is my business site and I can't afford to be locked out of it.
