I've installed 3.5.1 onto quite a few servers recently with no problem. However, recently I did a standard installation. No plug-ins running and an absolutely pristine install.
When I get to the console I find that the Help and Screen Option menus are not working. Additionally the theme that I tried before re-installing the whole thing for the third time,, had all its help menus disabled.
Running the console in Firefox using the Firebug plugin shows two Illegal Character errors in the load_scripts.php file.
Anybody had a similar experience or any suggestions please?
