John on "Display Logged-in User's Individual Posts"

Hi - I need some help with a client's request that I'm having some trouble with.

They would like to a menu item - let's call it MY PAGE - that when clicked, will display a page listing only the current logged-in users posts.

So if Joe Smith is logged-in, when he clicks on the menu item it will display the posts he's written. If Steve Jobs is logged in, and he clicks on the menu item, he will only see the posts he's written.

I have spent hours looking for how to do this and have had no luck. Any support would be appreciated!
