mPoweredwebs on "Visual Editor No Longer Working in 3.6"

I have lost the visual editor. Can't see any text. The toolbar is gone.

I added this code to wp-config.php as per another discussion group, doesn't help:

define('SCRIPT_DEBUG', true);
define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);

The HTML editor is working fine, its just the visual editor that is the issue.

I also re-installed wp 3.6, reinstalled the theme, turned off all plugins and none of those worked.
