This started happening 2 weeks ago, I posted a thread, and no one has responded yet.

As you can see the "Foggy Bottom" post doesn't have a preview image. The culprit: whenever I click the "Add Media" button and add anything to the post. Once I add anything (an image, a video, ect) it gets rid of the preview image.
My question is why.
Help fix it, please!
