Even when I try to access it using a direct link at the bottom of the Welcome to WordPress 3.6 page I get taken back to the posts' page. Nothing seems to be working.
I'm using the Twenty Eleven theme and it was there prior to the upgrade.
And yes, I've done the upgrade more than once (each time using the auto-tool).
