Been Young on "One comment is created when i edit or publish a post?"

Hi,
Like title, my site is zkiwi.com. I don't know why when I edit or publish the post, one comment is created in my site. Content of comment is some words of post's content, author name is title of the post, IP address of author is IP address of my server. Comment like this: " […] a piece of content […] "
So, how to fix it? Thank you so much.
