hodor on "add a "dynamic" header"

i see there is a dynamic header plugin but its old and warns not to use as it hasnt been updated in years. im not sure if its even what im looking for. anyway im looking for something to snazz up my header/image a bit. atm its just a pic on the twenty thirteen theme with generic text over it.
would like something that the pics change every 20 seconds or so or something to that effect. whats can i do? TIA
