Karroog on "Static Page / Blog Page issue"

Trying to work through the function of making the first page a static page and then having a separate page as the blog page where post will show up.

I have 5 pages, 4 of the static pages work fine. I made the home page the static and the "blog" page the post page as seen below:

The blog page however does not seem to be working.

Was the Settings/Reading section of wordpress all I had to change or is there another section I need to update as well?
