kingdomvue on "ERROR: Your account has been marked as a spammer"

I have been locked out of Word Press and get the following message when I try to log in:

ERROR: Your account has been marked as a spammer

It's a MU site install and I think I read somewhere that when you mark one blog as spam it marks them all as spam, so it's even marking my main site as spam. Now won't let me log in to my own admin account.

Anyone know how I can fix this or "unmark" myself (or all users) as spam using FTP/CPanel so I can log in at least?
