I just recently noticed that I have a ton of 404 errors in webmaster tools and they all seem to be from the same problem. What is happening is http://www.wordpress.com is getting added to the end of every URL on my site, thus creating a 404 error.
It's not affecting the browsing on the site, it is just showing the errors in Google Webmaster tools. Does anyone know how to fix this? Are 301 redirects the answer or is there a better solution? Why is this even happening?
An example would be:
www [.] actionfigurefury [.] com/news/action-figures/motuc-fang-man-packaged-images/www.wordpress.com
