Shaliza on "Wordpress and WAMP sending lots of emails a day"

My webhost recently got in touch with me, saying that a large amount of emails were being sent out from my account. Upon looking around, I found this:

Has anyone else been having this issue? I can't tell if it' Wordpress that's the main issue, WAMP or both.
