I am updating from 3.5.2 to 3.6 this is what I get when I click update:

I have 12GB of space available on the SSD of the server. And am using 966MB of my 2GB available memory. And the load times are: 0.05/0.05/0.05. Running Ubuntu.
Please help me figure this out! Everything I google says it is because the hard drive is full, but its not the case here, and I even tried deleting 1GB of stuff off the server in case it was telling me bad information.
