Avrohomd on "Help! Can't access WP site!"

I am not able to access my site or dashboard. I get the following PHP error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /home/a6450800/public_html/wp-includes/script-loader.php on line 263

I tried deactivating my plugins through ftp -- but to no avail!
