Hi today i want to upgrade 2012/2011 themes but it says :

then i think its not a problem and i try to upgrade one of my plugins it says :
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Plugin_Upgrader::init() in /home/***/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 471
