inventorgeorge on "3.6 affected my connection??"

I just upgraded to 3.6. Everything was working OK before the change.
Now, I get a red error box on most if not all pages, saying that the connection is lost. It says that autosave will preserve my changes.
However, I can make changes on the general settings page, and that updates correctly.
I do not believe that my connection is "lost", I think something happened in 3.6 to affect page updates.
Can anyone help?
