So I've just been given the main (and only user) username and password for a site (yes it's the full admin) and there's no options for plugins or editor!
What the heck? This is what the dashboard looks like:

Do some themes just remove the plugin and editor options? Again, it's the one and only full admin user. Theme is old, Modularity lite.
