Prolet on "Create a custom content for front-end user"

Hi,

This is what all users will be able to see when they are logged into their own page.
The problems are few:
-How to create a template to look as it's on the picture?
-How to make it dynamic-the user to be able to add the information.
I've been reading about post types, post content and template but I'm not able to figure out how to do this specific result.
Please give me some directions!
