Obmit on "Remove Play Icon"

Using the native video in 3.6. Is there a way to NOT have the play icon show on the video when it is not playing. I want it to look like a picture.
If not, does anyone know of a plugin that will allow this functionality. When video loads, it should show first frame, like it is just an image.
