erinomaha on "404 Error after altering URLs in Options > General"

Please help!

I am not the creator of this site. I have been making minor updates to a client's website: http://www.esthersconsignment.com.

After I altered 1 of the 2 URLs in Options > General, I was pretty much locked out. The site looks funky, too. I should have known not to touch anything there! Now I receive the following error when attempting to login:

-----
Page Not Found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.
Click the Back button in your browser to try another link.
Use a search engine like Google to look for information on the Internet.
-----

From what I understand, I need to gain access via FTP. The host is Just Host. My client currently does not have up-to-date login information, and it's been quite the process to update the password. Is there any way around this?

Many, many thanks in advance!
-Erin
